Ryan Salsbury

Independent Insurance Agent, Fayetteville, Ark.

Fayetteville native Ryan Salsbury graduated from Fayetteville High School with high honors and won a state championship in baseball his senior year in 2006. Salsbury went on to continue his education and baseball career in college, graduating from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Ryan has an extensive insurance background. After graduating college, he began working at Liberty National selling life and health insurance. He was quickly promoted to Unit Manager and earned the title of “Agent of the Year.” From Liberty National, he then moved on to State Farm and pursued his goal of becoming a State Farm agent. He thrived as a team member under an agent in Northwest Arkansas for three years and became a State Farm agent in Arlington, Texas, in 2014.

As a State Farm agent, Ryan was fortunate to work with strong team members who helped him exceed his goals and earn numerous awards, including Ambassador Club Travel, Honor Club, and Top Bank Producer for multiple years. After five years as a State Farm agent, he decided to return to Northwest Arkansas and began working directly with CFOs and business owners as an executive risk advisor for Cross Pointe Insurance Advisors.

Ryan is a member of Cross Church Fayetteville.
